The Road
and Bridge Department and County Commission shall provide cooperative
purchasing clauses on all material and equipment bid specifications that might
have benefit to the incorporated communities and special road district of
Pettis County. Vendors shall be
provided the opportunity on the bid request to honor or deny cooperative
purchasing on their bid. The department
through the County's "purchasing department" shall serve as a
clearinghouse for other Cooperative Purchasing Programs of which the
incorporated communities or special road district might be able to make use of.
