day the Pettis County Commission does hereby acknowledge and accept the request
of the City of _________________________ to enter into a cooperative purchasing
agreement with the County of Pettis.
Said cooperative
purchasing agreement shall include all materials and services provided to the
County of Pettis by vendors agreeing to the cooperative purchasing clause noted
in the Pettis County bid documents.
