- Duties Include
- Responsible for issuing receipts for all the revenue that comes into the county.
- Making the bank deposits
- Investing the monies
- Balancing the bank accounts
- Tracking all the revenue funds (in computer and also ledger book)
- Keeping a daily record and balance on each fund
(Currently there are 31 funds and numerous grants) - Responsible for many electronic money transfers
- Responsible for the distribution of school funds generated from fines
- Responsible for the distribution of revenue collected for CASA (Citizens Against Spouse Abuse)
- Responsible for distribution of Financial Institution Tax to Auditor
- Monthly balancing with the Auditor
- Monthly reports to Auditor, Commissioners, & Clerk
